Poland Turkey Investment Forum

As TÜRKPOL, we participated in the 1st Poland-Turkey Investment Forum, titled “Your Polish Business Partner”, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ankara and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Istanbul, and moderated by Ms. Sabina Klimek. TÜRKPOL was represented by our association’s Turkey representative, Mr. Mahmut Emir Genç.  In the forum, Gülermak, Kolin, Durmazlar, Damat, Yörük Holding, Ulus Metal, Zorlu Energy, Ersamed Medikal, Bozankaya A.Ş. New steps have been taken to increase the commercial cooperation between Turkey and Poland.

In the forum where Ms. Joanna Snopek and Ms. Kağan Nalbantoğlu from the Istanbul Office of the Polish Trade and Investment Agency took part, Ms. Joanna Snopek made her presentation titled 6 good reasons for investors to choose Poland.

Wałbrzych Economic Zone experts Piotr Cichoń and Dariusz Piotrowski presented the opportunities available to potential investors by operating within the Special Economic Zone.

Warsaw Public Procurement Unit lawyers made a presentation to Turkish companies about public procurement opportunities in Poland.

Companies that have invested in Poland shared their experiences and messages of support were given to those who were considering investing.
