TURKPOL has prepared an amendment to its statute. It would take the statute from 34 to 54 paragraphs and add two chapters, and it is the precondition for public-benefit status and EU project funding. It is a proposal: the General Meeting of Members has not yet voted on it, and it is not in force.

Türkiye's MKE and the Polish state defence group PGZ signed a memorandum at MSPO in Kielce on 10 September, agreeing to study the integration of short-range air defence systems — with an emphasis on non-kinetic solutions that stop a threat without firing at it.

At the MSPO defence exhibition in Kielce on 8 September, Türkiye's ASELSAN and the Polish vehicle manufacturer AMZ Kutno agreed a further 24 ARSUS reconnaissance and surveillance systems, for delivery in 2028 and 2029 under a framework that runs to 2035.
